Hay Rich
The South Fork is great. I'm just trying to figure out how i want to put on a some rod holders an all seeing about live well as well.
I went to spring lake yesterday for a couple hours. It seems as though there are some toads still out there. I did not land any. I was only able to set the hook and turn two fish that where nice fish.

Thanks again.

Dz

For a Rod Rack see if Jay Bryant can set you up. Also see if you can get ahold of Jeramy from the Shasta Region. I saw his custom spinning racks for the first time at Clear Lake. He's selling them from what I heard. I never did hear of a price.

The new southfork I got is awesome.I put a sheetmetal back deck on it for a livewell becasue the mesh one it came with wouldnt be able to handle the weight.I added some rodholders that attach to the frame and also added a drink holder to the side of my seat that also holds my fishfinder.I did all thes mods without having to drill a single hole in my frame,I used either existing holes or clamps. Its an extremly easy boat to modify abnd I encourage anybody thats looking for a new pontoon to get 1.The thinwalled stainless steel frame is lighter than most aluminum ones out there and you can bet its also alot stronger. The pontoons are easily adjustable so you can balance out your craft if you have a big weight load in back as well.Thx for hooking me up Rich!
