A couple of years ago, the Outdoor Pro Shop referred me to Mike's Reel Repair in Santa Rosa. I've had him do some work for me & it's been fine. Don't have his phone number, but his e-mail is mcdennis@sonic.net. He works out of his home, which is west of the freeway, sort of near Guerneville Road.

By the way, I've had good success repairing reels myself over the last few years. As long as you have the schematic, it's not too complicated (usually). And, if you don't have the schematic, you can download it from the Shimano website. And remember, if a mechanical klutz like me can do it, it can't be that tough.
