a little more about the blank them self they have two series of blanks the there standard MHX blank and there new Hi-mod blanks both are made and designed in-house from the ground up by mud hole them selfs. if i remember right some of the guys that designed these blank also used to work for g-loomis they are a well thought out and tested blank and have the best warranty in the blank business available. You can learn more about them by going to there form on the the web site http://www.mudhole.com/ they are one of the biggest custom rod suppliers in america. i you can thing of it they have it with top notch customer service to go along with it.

Rod Repair
One thing to consider is using single foot regular guides that's what I used on my swim bait rod instead of micro I used several different types of eye from Fuji that I like a lot are all the eyes in bad shape or is it just one eye that broke if it's just one It would cost about 20-30 bucks for me to fix it just depends on how complicated the wrap is and what kind of eye the rod uses if u want a hole new set of eye I can help u there to but I probably would not consider redoing the hole pole if it is only one eye that is bad

Troling motor for sale
Ive got a 30 lbs troling motor that I have used only a couple time that I need to sell. I was using it on my pontoon boat and aluminum boat. The only reason I'm getting rid of it is I got a new boat and wanted one that when on the bow. First 100 takes it or best offer.

i haven't built any poles with micro guides yet. the next rod the i am going to build is going to be a micro guide stile Pole. i was going to use micro guides on the last pole i made but didn't. if you are looking for a good blank check out the mhx blanks. i have been very happy with them and they have a a good warranty as well as a nice price point
